  Cancelled my app without letting me know, claimed to have called me twice but i had no missed calls or voicemails? I only got texts saying please confirm your app and a app reminder and i get there and they cant even be apologetic about it, the girl up front was nasty and could care less about the cancellation. They didnt try to fix it all she said was “ the girl you had called off and the only girl left just finished the last person at 5 and went home” and that was it like seriously? Get better people to represent your store.
