  I went to elegant nails today to have a fill-in and mind you I was there two weeks ago to get the initial nails done when you first walk in the guy that sits at that first stool that's doing the pedicure has the ugliest meanest unfriendliest look I've ever seen in a place . They need some customer service improvement they don't smile they don't talk well I shouldn't say they that guy didn't smile didn't talk but when I asked if he owned the place he just gave me a flat no I said who own it he said.. someone that has another shop on University he was reluctant and did not give me the name of the owner they are very unfriendly and they need some customer service skills because that guy has none.
