  My original movers did not show up on moving day. No call. nothing, I called flat fee movers and they actually had a crew available for me within 4 hours which was life-saving for me. I moved around the times at my condo for the elevators and even received a certificate of insurance for my building from them within 1 hour of booking the move. The other movers said they would bring it with them. Amazing the difference in the quality of moving services. Highly recommended.
