  I cannot find the appropriate words to describe my experience with doing business with Mike's Elite Towing, due to the fact that my choice praises will violate Google's terms of service. Doing business here will end in some form if regret, stress and monetary loss due to lack of knowledge, professionalism, and proper OFFICE behavior. Irrational behavior and condescending point of view towards everything contribute to the cluelessness of management. Communication could be improved, simply by having it. The only difference between Mike's Towing and everyone else with a tow truck, is that Mike's Elite has better looking equipment. SAD.
