  Picked up a take out order from Mona Lisa and it was the worst take out experience I've ever had. As soon as I walked in I waited a few minutes for someone to notice. Then after I mentioned my order they said it would be just one moment ( on the phone they said it would be ready in 20 min. I gave them 30 before arriving to make sure it was ready when I arrived). After standing in the middle of the restaurant, over a 30 min period , watching the server take an order and bring that person their meal I was done. He then brought me my one item I ordered with no apology about the wait then promptly turned around and went back to his business
